These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) outline the rules and guidelines for using our website, services, and products (“Services”). By accessing or using any part of our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please refrain from using our Services.

Article 1 - General Information

The website is operated by MÖGE TEE (referred to as ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’). By using our website, you agree to these Therms and Coditions, along with our Privacy Policy and any other applicable policies. 

Article 2 - Applicability

  1. These Therms and Conditions apply to all offers, orders, agreements, and deliveries made by MÖGE TEE.

  2. Deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed upon in writing. 

  3. Any general terms and conditions from the customer are expressly excluded. 

Article 3 - Availability of Products and Services

  1. Our store sells both physical products and membership services. Product and service availability may vary depending on stock and location. 

  2. For pre-orders, items will be shipped as soon as they become available. 

Article 4 - Prices and Payment

  1. Product and service prices are listed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice. 

  2. All prices are in euros and include VAT, but exclude shipping costs. 

  3. Payment must be made during the checkout process via the available payment methods.

Article 5 - Shipping and Delivery

  1. Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. 

  2. Delivery is handled by PostNL or DHL. Any delays caused by PostNL or DHL are beyond our control and do not entitle you to compensation or cancellation of the agreement. 

  3. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

  4. Free shipping is available for orders over €50 within the Netherlands and Belgium. 

  5. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer. 

  6. MÖGE TEE is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.  

Article 6 - Return

  1. A 14-day withdrawel period applies to products, starting from the day of receipt, provided they are returned in their original condition. 

  2. Returns are at the customer’s own risk until they are actually received by us. 

  3. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Article 7 - Membership Services

  1. Product and service prices are listed on the website and are subject to change without prior notice.

Article 8 - User Conduct

  1. You agree not to use our website or services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disrupt, or impair the functionality of our website or interfere with other users’ experience. 

  2. It is strictly prohibited to distribute viruses, malware, or any other harmful content. 

Article 9 - Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the website, including tekst, images, logos, and designs, is the property of MÖGE TEE and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 

  2. It is not permitted to reproduce, distribute, or toherwise use any content from this website without our express written consent. 

Article 10 - Liability 

  1. MÖGE TEE is not liable for indirect damages, consequential damages, or loss of products. 

  2. Liability is limited tot he purchase amout of the product in question. 

Article 11 - Force Majeure

  1. In the event of force majeure, MÖGE TEE has the right to suspend the execution of the agreement or to dissolvet he agreement in whole or in part without any obligation to pay compensation. 

  2. Force majeure includes, but is not limited to: disruptions at PostNL, strikes, natural disasters, fire, government measures, power outages, epidemics, and other circumstances beyond our control. 

Article 12 - Privacy

We handle personal date with care. More information can be found in our privacy policy at www.mogetee.nl/privacypolicy.

Article 13 - Complaints

  1. Complaints about products or services can be submitted via info@mogetee.nl. 

  2. We aim to respond to complaints within 14 days. 

Article 14 - Changes to the Terms

  1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be published on this page, and the ‘Effective Date’ will be updated accordingly. 

  2. Continued use of our website after changes to the Terms implies your acceptance of the updated Terms. 

Article 15 - Governing Law

  1. All agreements are exclusively governed by Dutch law. 

  2. Disputed shall be submitted tot he competent court in the district where MÖGE TEE is established.
