Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return period. This means you have up to 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or invoice as proof of purchase. 

To start a return, please contract us at info@mogetee.nl. In your email, please include the following details: 

• That it concerns a return request; 

• Your order number;

• The item(s) you wish to return; 

• The reason for your return.

If your return is approved, we will send you further instructions on how and where to send your package.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
