Where do we deliver?

We only ship to The Netherlands and Belgium.

Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipments are handled by PostNL or DHL.. Any delays caused by PostNL or DHL are beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For orders within
The Netherlands: €6,95.
Free shipping is available for orders over €50 within The Netherlands.

For international orders, shipping costs and delivery times depend on the destination country.

Track and Trace

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace link via e-mail.

Shipping Risk

Shipping risk transfers to the customer once the package has been handed over to the carrier.
When returning items, always ensure proper packaging and preferably use a tracked shipping method.
